Ref:   Section 920 Standardized Regulations (GC, FA)

Effective March 4, 2007, unless otherwise noted, Allowances and/or post differential rates are revised as shown. These changes will be Part B of TL:SR-674.

Please inform local offices of all U.S. government agencies at the posts listed in this cable.

Abbreviations and short form designations of posts will be used in this telegram; complete post entries will be shown in the full Table of Allowances DSSR Section 920.

Important:   Read this entire message as posts may be listed more than once. Changes are listed by allowance or differential rather than by post.

Taiwan has been included, when applicable, under arrangement with the American Institute In Taiwan.

The Post (Hardship) Differential changes for Botswana and Nairobi are based on Post Differential Questionnaires submitted by Gaborone and Nairobi respectively.

All Living Quarters Allowance (LQA) changes are based on updated information on living quarters expenditures.

The Post Allowance changes for Libya, Malawi, Russia and South Africa are based on surveys submitted by Tripoli, Lilongwe, Moscow and Cape Town respectively. All other Post Allowance changes are based on currency exchange rate information reported to the Office of Allowances as of the first Thursday of Pay Period 4 (February 22, 2007).

All Education "At-Post" Allowance rate changes are based on new information supplied by posts for School year 2006/2007.

The reporting requirement for submission of the Retail Price Schedule for Tripoli in Section 920 of the DSSR is amended effective March 4, 2007 with TL:SR 674B as follows:
